Present - Cllrs. S. Hallam (Chairman), K. Birkitt, Mrs. M. Birkitt, Mrs. L. Harley, Mrs. C. McGann, G. Lockwood, Mrs. P. Cardwell & Cllr. R. Robinson.

Clerk - Mrs. A. K. Mitchell

Cllr. Hallam opened the meeting & thanked everyone for their attendance.

It was noted that there were no parishioners present & so the Open Forum was closed with no questions.
