4. Christmas 2009 Winter Wonderland
event - review:
(a) Guest Opener & charity donation (inc. PC Clerk's financial
statement).
(b) Entertainments -
(i) Santa's grotto (helpers, charge, gifts).
(ii) Jolly Jingles Snowman.
(c) Stalls.
(d) Entrance door management.
(e) Refreshments and kitchen staff (helpers, samples, prices).
(f) Public Liability insurance.
(g) Publicity.
(h) Risk Assessment - Ambulance Aid.
(i) Emergency Plan.
5. Renewal of Food Hygiene certificates.
6. To give consideration to organising a Summer 2010 event.
7. 60th Anniversary of Festival of
Britain Village award - to consider suggestions for celebrating the
2011 event.
8. PC Clerk's financial report -
allotted budget amount.
