ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
The Annual Parish Meeting will be
held in the Parish Hall on Tuesday, 27th April, 2010, at 7.30p.m.
AGENDA:
1. To receive apologies for absence.
2. To approve the minutes of the
previous meeting held on 28th April 2009.
3. Chairman's Report.
4. Keynote Speech by Mr. Nigel Hamshere
on The Greening Campaign.
5. To deal with any matters of concern
to the Parish.
At the conclusion of item 5 refreshments
will be served and there will be an opportunity for Parishioners to
visit a number of stands in a market place provided by several local
groups, businesses & voluntary organizations.
